Patek Philippe Annual Calendar 5146J-001 - Yellow Gold

In 2005 the 5146J replaced the worlds first Annual Calender (the reference 5035J). This new reference saw the case size increase from 37mm to 39mm, and a moonphase aperture now featured on the ivory-white dial. 

One of Patek's most important innovations, the Annual Calendar calculates the 30 & 31 day months, and requires just one correction a year. It quickly became a flagship complication, who's function is now utilised across the Patek catalogue.  

One of Patek's most beautiful Annual Calendars, UK retailed in November 2006, this fine 18ct yellow gold example is fitted to a brand new brown Patek alligator strap, fastened by a solid gold Calatrava deployant clasp.
